Data lost after sync with Luxe

Hello,

I am using Luxe in the evening and One during the day.  When i sync both devices in early evening, i got my steps measured from One on my app and Luxe.  When i sync again before I go to bed, it appeared steps during the day were lost and I am only left with data in the evening.

Now when I am trying to sync my One after some steps (with Luxe not connected to my app), One is synced with the app but the dashboard on the app is not updated. Why is that?  I remember I was able to update dashboard with One connected to the app.

Why is data synced to Luxe was then lost?

Hi, @e_e welcome to the community, I'm not familiar with the Fitbit "One" but there is a read-only board at  One - Fitbit Community that might provide a clue. I know in the past that it was possible to have two devices on your Fitbit account provided one of them (in your case I assume the "One") did not have a gallery tab in the settings - the Luxe does. Can you let us know which Fitbit app software version you are on (Recent changes may have lost this feature) and the make, model & OS of you mobile phone. I know other community members are familiar with the issue and may be able to add advice.

Hello @Gr4ndp4 ,

Fitbit app software version = 4.25.2

One = 6.64

Luxe = 58.20001.194.91

I can see data being synced to dashboard, but after Luxe is synced, the data (from One) is done again >_<
