Luxe is unresponsive

Keep off suddenly. Restart n reset also no use .

Plug in to charge show 60% battery, sometime 90%. But still off with no alert . When Step reach10000, device off no working, plug in charge it few time restart working back . After that problem happened again.

Hi, @Yeewan , welcome to the community, allowing you have restarted your "Luxe" (did you factory restart or soft restart?) this video demonstrates the two options available to you. Check that you are charging your "Luxe" properly, Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? - Fitbit Help Center explains some of the issues that might cause your problem. If you have factory reset your "Luxe" and it is still not working you may have to consider how old it is (how long have you had it?) It's a sad fact that small-form wearables do have a limited lifespan dictated by the number of charge/discharge cycles. Depending on how long you have had your "Luxe", where you are and who you bought it from you may still have the benefit of Fitbit's return and warranty policy If this is the case contact "Customer Support" and work through steps 1 & 2 then use the chat facility or phone for a prompt response.

Hi Yeewan,

Sorry to hear you're also experiencing this problem. You're not the only one. FitBit Luxe seems to be a faulty product, I am keeping track of posts discussing this same issue here: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Luxe/FitBit-when-will-you-provide-a-solution-for-Luxe-turning-itself...

So far, FitBit has not offered a working solution.
