Hi there, @AzukiZ. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Luxe.

As @Julia_G has recommended, please restart your Luxe as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi, @AzukiZ , have you tried giving your Luxe a restart?  A restart can fix many issues and is the first troubleshooting step whenever your Fitbit is not functioning as expected.  Instructions are here .

Hopefuply this will help - let us know how it goes.  Welcome to the forums!

Yes I have tried restarting every way I can find.  Unfortunately to get to settings the display has to be working - it will not swipe up or down.  I have tried recharging - there is NO button on the recharge cord so cant do that step either.  Bascially it is throw in the bin after only 4 months.  Very disappointed my other fitbit lasted for years.  Interesting it will add to calories even when I am not wearing it OR eating anything.  I always knew I put on calouries out of think air and the fitbit has confirmed this ... but I would rather it worked

Maree I have tried everything.  The display will not swipe up or down.  I have tried recharging - there is no button on the charge cord to do that step so it recharges but does not work properly.  I simply cant get to settings to reboot - so I am at the stage of throwing it away and buying another brand that will work.  Very disappointing cant even find a phone number to ring fitbit support.
