Luxe won't charge

I get a buzz when I plug to charge but no display whatsoever. I have cleaned the luxe and the charger. I have left it to charge for a good few hours. I have also tried restarting via the charger by pressing the button three times and this is not working. What else can I do?

The support team said I would receive an email with instructions within 24hours. I haven’t yet received an email?
