Luxe screen won't turn on

Hi. My Fitbit has 5 symbols and the one in the middle is green. I can not see time, date or anything. What should I do? Thanks

Hi there, @Mindala. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Luxe. 

As @Julia_G has recommended, please restart your Luxe as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi, @Mindala , as a first troubleshooting step I would recommend a restart.  Instructions are here
