Difficulties to sync and to receive notifications-Luxe

What is wrong with the luxe?  The only way I can sync it with my phone is to go into phone settings remove it from bluetooth and repair it with the phone. Talk about a pain in the butt! And I have yet to get any notifications from my phone onto the fitbit. Never had these issues with my Alta. Anyone figure out how to correct these issues?

To resolve syncing issues, we recommend following these troubleshooting steps.

 

If you continue having difficulties to get notifications, please follow the instructions in this article.

 

In addition, you can set up your Tracker as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1638750817464.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
