Discrepancy between Heart Rate overview and Heart Rate under ‘Zone Minutes’

Hi all!


If I check my heart rate via the heart rate Icon, I can select per day an overview of my heart rate.


I can also access such a diagram by clicking on ‘Zone Minutes’ and then slide the graph on top to the second page. This graph is a bit more personalized towards my own Zone ranges. 

Both graphs are identical, except for a huge spike in the night, where my zone minutes heart rate graph hits 160, but my ‘normal graph’ is around 70. This difference occurs every night for the week I have my device (and I am for sure sleeping 😉).

 

What is happening?

 

I have an Apple IPhone 11, most recent version of the App.
