All text message notifications are showing up multiple times on my luxe. Is that a setting I can turn off?

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Luxe. Thank you for the information provided.

 

To try to resolve the issue, please restart your Tracker by following these instructions.

 

If you continue having the same problem, you can set up your Luxe as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1641948442666.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
