Editing an exercise on updated app

I am a 67 year old woman. Before I run I walk for a few minutes to warm up. Presumably because I am not very speedy my fitbit does not pick up that I am running until some time into my run. For instance this morning I started walking at 1009 and started running at 1016 finishing at 1101. The app showed me walking from 1009 for 23 minutes and then a run from 1032 for 31 minutes, Whilst I can still re-categorise the activity it would not be accurate. In the old app I could adjust the start and stop times and I could see all the activities I had done. There appears to be no way of doing this in the new app. I realise I can manually start recording an activity but I prefer not to do this.

Hi, @hlnharrison, welcome to the community, the editing process is different, I think you know how to get to it but for clarity - From the new app "Today" screen>exercise days>touch the exercise you want to edit>edit pen in the top right>start time (you should get a 24hr setting clock - set the time you want the OK>duration use the numerical keyboard to adjust the duration time>SAVE. you will see the energy burned will have been adjusted.

FYG I tried to edit the activity but I'm not presented with a keyboard to change it, I've escalated an inquiry on this issue.

I hope this helps.

Cheers
