Luxe screen is acting odd

So I got my fitbit as a gift for about a month ago. But now, mostly when i wake up, the screen is being weird. I turn it on and all i see is colored stripes. When I'm swiping on my fitbit you can see thta it changes to the other screens but I can't see them. Its like what you see on you're phone when the colouring is in you're screen. How do I fix this?!

Also Englisch isn't my first language so i apologise if I'm not clear.

Hi, @MaritGj , the first step would be to give your Fitbit Luxe a restart.  The instructions are here .

You can also try changing the clock face.  You can change the clock face in the app.  From the opening screen of the app please tap on the small icon top left (it will either be a person photo/icon or if you have the new app it will be an icon of a watch and a smart phone).  Tap that to go to your account screen and then tap on the picture of the Luxe.

On the Luxe screen choose “Gallery” and then “Clock”.  Choose any different clock screen from the one you had before and then be sure to sync your Luxe.

Hopefully restarting your Luxe and / or changing the clock will solve the issue you have.  If changing the clock solves the issue, you can return to the previously chosen clock face if you prefer.

I hope this helps.  Please post again if anything is unclear.  Welcome to the Community Forums!

I’m having the same issue with my Luxe. I tried restarting my Luxe and changing the clock face but it didn’t fix the issue. I’ve been having this issue off and on for weeks and previously those solutions worked but it’s not working this time.

Hi, @CathyS82, welcome to the community, I suggest you talk to "Customer Support" using the chat facility or phone for a prompt response. It's a good move to note the steps you've taken & the results so you can brief the agent accurately and allow them to move your issue forward. You do not mention when & where you bought your Luxe, you may still have the benefit of Fitbit's warranty so make a note of when & where you got it as the agent may need this info.

I hope this helps.

Cheers
