My Luxe screen is not displaying anything (not even the time)

but 'Emoji Replies', then after swiping, a couple screens with horizontal lines, then this (see picture). I can't find anything in the Fitbit app that even references emojis. I dont even need the emojis...please help me get this off my device.

Hi there @Karena8611, welcome to the community. @Odyssey13 Thanks for the suggestions provided. 

I was checking on my own device, how can we actually change the emojis that come as a default? I found this option to choose the emojis we are going to get when you make a quick reply. Follow the next steps: 

  • Press on your profile picture at the top left 
  • Press on your device's image 
  • Look for the notification settings 
  • Under Reply Settings, press on Quick Replies
  • Press on Default Replies 
  • Press on the tab for Emojis and select the emojis that you like the most.
