Experiences with fitbit luxe

Hello there, I got a bit of a question about experiences with the fitbit luxe

A year or so back we got the fitibit inspire 2 for my mom's birthday to be paired with her Iphone SE (2016).
The design and the price of the device were good and it paired with the iphone no problem! However, subsequent experiences with the inspire 2 were to put it bluntly, quite poor.

The inspire 2 stopped syncing to the iphone after a few months, with the only solution that I could find to resolve this issue being to fully factory reset the device. And because this issue reappeared after every few months, we had to reset it every time to keep it able to connect to the iphone.

Because of this we are looking into getting a new smartwatch/activity tracker, and one of the devices we are looking at is the fitbit luxe. Needless to say we want to avoid the before mentioned problem, does anyone have (good) experiences with the fitbit luxe on the iphone SE from 2016? Is the issue mentioned earlier not a problem?

Thanks in advance!

Hi @Plasmid  I'm an Android user, but this article might be of some use to you - click to read. Your iOS needs to be a minimum of 14. As a Luxe user, I'm happy. It's better than the old Alta HR that was my last Fitbit. Hope you get the answers you need.

Stepping in the U.S.A. since September 2013. Android 14
