This morning my Luxe needed charged. I put it on the charger - it said “35%” so I put it on and went to the store.
It dropped to 4% charged after about 20 minutes. And went dead again.
I charged it again. It showed 93% charged at one point.
I put it back on my wrist - and the screen wasn’t working. So I put it back on the charger - nothing.
Since then I have been trying to use the button on flat part of the charger to restart it. No luck (press 3x’s/1 sec in between). It “tries” to start - vibrates and shows the Fitbit Logo - then nothing.
I tried doing the firmware update - no luck - was thinking it might be linked?
This evening it showed as “synced” after the screen not working all day - I feel like it’s “there” versus being dead - but something with the screen is messed up.
Any ideas on how to jumpstart it?

I had the same problem. It's working, but the screen isn't working. Went through customer support. He had me reset the device and try to change the clock. Still no good. I've only had my luxe for a few months and I bought it directly from fitbit. He said I qualified for a replacement and he'd send me email.
