Tried to reply to another person extended warranty issue, was closed to answers. I bought a luxe (my 2nd 1 in 2 yrs), have not bern offered the extended warranty.  Called customer support and was told I would b offered soon, has nvr come thru

Hi @Mari66 normally you get a prompt three times on the app. If you don't, you can purchase it directly through SquareTrade, if it's within 30 days. Amazon sells extended warranties too.
