screen is not lighting up properly and image varies and often vibrates making it unreadable.
have tried restarting and changing clock face.
it started when Id recharged it

This happened to my mums Luxe as well. Support had us try a restart and changing the clock face to see if that worked. Unfortunately it didn't. They then had us go to the settings on the Luxe, go to "Device info" and "clear user data". You should make sure you sync before so no data is lost, and remove the Luxe from the app and bluetooth settings. Then you will need to st up your Luxe again. Once my mum did this hers has been back to the normal display.

I have tried to access chat.
I log in go through robot security and then it comes up as error. Is there a problem with your system?

As my screen is faulty I cannot access device info, I also cannot get onto the help chat through my phone so frustration
