I need to file a warranty claim because my Fitbit screen is glitching and when I double tap the screen will either show horizontal lines or stay black. It does this on a freshly charged battery. At one point it did go back to normal and I reset the device. It was fine for a few hours after. Is there a software update that needs to be done? I’ve had this thing for about 2 months.
