Fitbit App not syncing with connected apps

Luxe and the Fitbit app are connecting and syncing fine. Connected the apple health app directly through Fitbit app to allow steps counted to sync. All permissions are granted. Connected apple health through third party app power sync also, says it is connected in the Fitbit app and on power sync app. Connected LifeSum food and water tracking app to Fitbit app also, says it’s connected in Fitbit app and synced on Lifesum app.

None of the information from apple health or Lifesum is being synced to the Fitbit app.

 

Tried uninstallling and reinstalling apps. Tried disconnecting apps and reconnecting them. Tried just waiting and then reloading the Fitbit app to see if it synced. Nothing has worked so far. 

I like using the Lifesum app and don’t want to have to input food and water intake twice on Lifesum and on Fitbit app. Apple health has steps counted from previous days that I would like synced to Fitbit app to have everything in one place. 

how do I get these apps to sync??
