Hello,
My Fit bit Luxe is showing a red cross, I have followed this sites various restart procedures etc, nothing works, however if I restart the device (3x button presses on the charger) I get the Fitbit logo which flashes every 6 seconds or so.
The Fitbit is still under warranty (bought from Amazon).
Please help & advise.
