Fitbit Luxe bands keeps falling off

My bracelet continuously comes apart from the actual fitbit device most times while I'm standing still doing nothing it appears as though it is not manufactured properly anyone else having this issue.

I have the same problem as @LilyMom @and I have read the article. I am attaching the bands just as the instructions, I listen for the click and then I check to see it is attached by pulling gently. Randomly it will come unattached and be loose under my sleeve cuff or just fall completely off. I feel like there is something wrong with one side because I have only had this since Christmas.

All they can tell me is to send it back.
I wonder if they have these issues with the one they sell complete in the
yellow bracelet.
