I have to charge my new Luxe every single day, is this right? Other fitbits I've had have lasted a few days

Hi there, @Parkinson44. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Luxe. I understand where your concern is coming from.
If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend taking a look at the tips recommended in this help article Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?
Hope that helps.

I have had the same problem since day 1. It decreases 25% at night when I’m not wearing it and no notifications coming through. During the day it drops over 50% while being used. Fitbit customer which is a bot not a live person gave me trouble shooting advice which didn’t work. Same wording and advice from another issue I had with my previous Fitbit. Good luck. I hope you find a solution.

My battery drains by thirty percent overnight. By the end of the day I need to charge it again meaning it last just about 24 hours. Everything is switched off - notifications - dnd mode - the brightness is on dim etc. I updated it but still just the same. Very disappointed in Fitbit for letting this go on and not doing anything about it.
