Fitbit Luxe display not working

Had futbit luxe for 1 year & it developed w screen issue which customer service replaced last year.

This year exact same problem but customer service won't replace watch even tho I've had it just over a year as they say the replacement watch is under the guarantee of the original.....

Hi @Fitbituser2210  you can read the warranty information, but it hasn't changed in years. The warranty period is one year (US) and when replaced, the warranty is for the remainder of the original period of time, not from the beginning of the replacement.

Yes I know ...however in eu the warranty is for 2 years & I'm just out of
that time frame

@Fitbituser2210 A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for  your message and your feedback. 
As our friend Odyssey13  mentioned the warranty on the replacements is the warranty from the original device. The warranty in the EEA/EU as you mentioned covers your Luxe within 2 years this also is "passed" to the replacements.
