Hi! My watch was stolen. What do I have to do now? I hope they are not able to enter to my profile… any suggestions?

Hi @KathKoba sorry this happened to you. If you can still see your Luxe on your account, then the person hasn't put it under their account. The person would have to know your unique email address and password in order to see your profile. You sure it was stolen and no chance it was just lost? I hate when people feel they can take someone else's items. You could always let the police know, depending on the circumstances, but I'm not sure they could recover it for you. Should that person who stole it know you and your email address, be sure to keep an eye on that email in case they try to change your password. That's about all you can do to at this point. Let us know what happens.

Thanks for your quick reply. Really appreciate. Unfortunately it was stolen. I don’t think they have my information. Fortunately I was without my cell otherwise the thieves could be able to get my personal information. Do I have to close my account?

@KathKoba you can keep your account. You would only need to remove the Luxe from the account. By keeping your account, your history will be there if you want to continue with a new Fitbit.

Your information is safe and the thief won't be able to access your profile by only having your tracker.
