Fitbit Luxe screen acting odd

During my third day with the Luxe, out of nowhere, I noticed the screen began scrolling and tapping on items without me touching it, as if it has a mind of its own. It has been quite frustrating as it makes the device basically un-useable when it happens. I’ve tried cleaning it carefully with a soap free cleanser like the website says and I’ve tried wiping the screen with a microfiber cloth. I’ve also restarted it and changed the clock face but nothing seems to help. I’m starting to think it may be an OS issue rather than a touch-screen issue.

Hi there, @doesntwork1. Welcome on board. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Luxe before posting here.

As our last resort, please try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Did you ever figure out how to fix your problem? I haven't even had mine a week and it's doing the same thing. I've cleaned it and done the restart multiple times and it hasn't helped.
