Fitbit Luxe screen went blank

The third day I had my luxe the screen went blank.

I think I turned on DND mode but I am still getting notifications on my device. (Text messages, phone calls, even reminders to move around). That’s why I’m not sure if it’s really on DND mode.
All I see on my screen is the six dots on the top with the third one in blue. I cannot see the time and nothing happens when I swipe in any direction.
I would like to try to restart it but I’m not sure how since I cannot do anything on the device itself.

Please help!

Hi there, @EmyRose0618. Welcome to the Commuity Forums. Thanks for sharing the details about the issue with your Fitbit Luxe, I understand where your concern is coming from.

Please restart your Luxe as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

If the issue persists, please attach a photo of your Fitbit Luxe showing how the screen looks like so I can go from there. To do so:

  • When you're in the reply page, click on the Insert Photos icon (the little camera).
  • Then, click on the Choose File in the middle of the grey window that will pop up.
  • Search for the photo on your computer or phone and click on Open.
  • Once the image shows up in the grey windows, select the size and the position and click on Done.
