Fitbit Luxe set up

I just received my new Luxe. Unfortunately, I can’t set it up as when I tap “set up” I get a message saying that I need to update my Fitbit app. I cannot find any new updates for Fitbit. Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions for fixing? I waited forever for this to be shipped now frustrated I cannot use it. 😕

I have been using the Fitbit app for years and have had a fit it product for many years…

I finally figured it out… I have an IPhone X it was totally updated. I went into the App Store to look for Fitbit updates and I had none. I then went to my Fitbit app in the App Store and tapped the icon. On that screen, it said I had an update for Fitbit. Thankfully I found this information through a YouTube video that explained how to set up the Luxe.

Hi @ajmdpm - Welcome to the forum!  Which phone do you have?  And which OS or iOS?  The first step may be to make sure your OS is up to date. Fitbit requires Apple iOS 13 or higher. Android needs OS 8.0 or higher. Please let us know, then we can try to help after that.

I have the same problem. The iOS app is 3.4.2.. latest iOS version on my phone. I still get stuck on need to update app. Please help.

The latest Fitbit app version is 3.43.1 on my iPhone, @allan473 . Please try updating it.

I just did it but could only do it by deleting the older version first.

I did that but. It did not say there was an update. I deleted the app, downloaded it again, and all is fine.
