When I set a time for a silent alarm to go off, it never vibrates at the set time. The display says that the alarm has been set.

Hi there, @CristiT1. Welcome to the Community Forums.

As a first approach, I'd recommend checking if your Fitbit Luxe is not either on DND or sleep mode. When the do not disturb setting is on:

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders are muted.
  • The do not disturb icon illuminates in quick settings.

When sleep mode is on:

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders are muted.
  • The screen's brightness is set to dim.
  • The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist. To wake Luxe, firmly tap the screen twice.
  • The sleep mode icon illuminates in quick settings.

Sleep mode turns off automatically when you set a sleep schedule. For more information, see Adjust settings.

You can't turn on the do not disturb setting and sleep mode at the same time.

If none of these features are enable, I'd recommend to remove and re-add the alarm. See How do I manage alarms on my Fitbit device? Then, test your alarms to see if they vibrate as they are supposed to.

Hope that helps.

None of the suggestions work so I will return the Luxe and keep using my Inspire HR.
