My new (bought it end of juli) fitbit luxe screen stays black. I have tried to reset it but it doesn’t work. I only see the fitbit icon. What to do?

Hi, @Yildiz1973, welcome to the community, usually the Fitbit Icon shows during the setup process, you do not say if you have successfully set up and paired your Luxe with your mobile phone. May I draw your attention to these articles How do I set up my Fitbit device? and Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? I apologise if you have seen these and already set up your Luxe. You should also check your Fitbit app on your mobile phone, ensuring that all permissions are granted and any battery-saving function on your phone is disabled for the Fitbit app so it can run in the background.
If you are unable to make any progress please post here again with details of the steps you have taken and the make & model of your mobile phone.

I agree with @Gr4ndp4 said about the setup process. However, as per the description of your post it seems like either your Luxe got unpaired from your Fitbit account or you performed a factory reset on it. With that being said, please try the following steps:
If you can't get started with your Luxe, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Hi thanks for helping! Nothings works. Except for the Fitbit logo the screen on my Watch stays black.
Update: Goodmorning & thanks for your reply. I have tried everything but except for the Fitbit icon the screen in my watch stays black. I’ve got the Fitbit Luxe.
