My Fitbit Luxe screen has pixelated and is showing a solid white lit up screen when activated, I contacted the chat for support and tried everything suggested to no avail, I was therefore advised someone would contact me within 24hours, my Fitbit Luxe is less than 5 months old and has a 2 year warranty, I was informed my Fitbit was not covered under warranty, when I asked why they quoted a paragraph which was generic and not at all applicable, when I asked them to explain the exact reason I got a generic email advising me to raise feedback on here, I again emailed and stated I wanted to raise a formal complaint I was again advised to raise feedback on here, such poor customer service and no explanation as to why their faulty product is not covered under warranty.
