Luxe not tracking skin temperature

All of the rest of the sleep measurements are working just fine, but every morning, my skin temperature is reading 0. Any suggestions on what I should do differently? I've followed the guidelines on how to wear it properly.

Hi there, @eabl81 @ted2xusz @Bullseyevan. Thanks for stopping by and for the details provided in your post.

Please note that skin temperature is available for Luxe users by going to your Health Metrics tile. If you don't have Premium, you can only see 7 days of data. If you have Premium, you can see more than 7 days of historical data. If you cannot see your skin temperature data on the health metrics tile, it may be because the device has not yet been worn for at least 3 nights.

For more detailed information, see What should I know about health metrics in the Fitbit app?

Hope that helps.

As far as I understand it, it does not track skin temp yet.

I think it does but we need to wait for up to 30 nights of data. This is at least what I see in the “learn more” section of skin temperature under health metrics.

BTW: also there you should have a button to see today skin temperature and there you can manually log the core body temperature.

The Luxe does at least (or sleepingtemperature variation). Mine has finally started doing it after about 4 - 5 nights.

My app is up to date and have been wearing my Luxe every night since May 1, 2023 and skin temperature is still not recording. I do have premium and all other stats on the Health Metrics tile is recording
