Inaccurate step counts

My luxe has started inaccurately tracking steps. Friday and Sunday I was driving for 6 hours each day, I know for a fact not that many steps were taken. I'm guessing it thought the bumps were steps. Today I also did not take that many steps, so my tracker isn't tracking properly. How can I fix this? I've had it for about a year.

Hi, @Wascally , it does indeed sometimes happen that your Fitbit will count steps while driving over particularly bumpy roads.  The solution to this is to log a “driving” activity.  Logging a driving activity will suppress any steps counted during the same period (be careful adding your start and end time so it covers the driving period).
