Fitbit Luxe won't charge

Completely dead won’t charge

Hi there @Kwiksigns, it is nice to see a new member in the community. 

Thank you for letting me know that your Fitbit Luxe is having some difficulties to properly charge. 

As a first approach, I would like to try cleaning the charging contacts on the back of the device, using a toothbrush and some water.

I also need you to clean the pins that are on the charging cable, you will have to use a cotton swab and some disinfectant alcohol, making sure that no pieces of the swab remain on the pins.

Lastly you will need to connect it to another USB port or a UL certified USB wall charger.
