Hourly Activity Goal is showing the wrong schedule after DST

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

With Daylight Savings time change on 11/5/2023, my 250 steps daily changed from 8am - 5pm to 5am to 1pm.  I’ve tried everything to correct this, to no avail.  Any hints?  Thanks.

Same!  So frustrating!  I even deleted the app and restarted my phone and Fitbit!  Help!

Same issue. Also messed up my sleep schedule time. Seems to revert back 3 hours from when I set it. Thought maybe my time zone somehow changed to West Coast but checked and it still has East Coast logged.

Hello @GeorgiaJanie  @BAN6588  and @kbjcharlotte and welcome to the Community.  This seems to happen every time with the clock change and there's nothing you can do to fix today's behavior.  It should all be fine tomorrow.

Have NEVER had problems with DST changes before the recent ‘update’.  How can a company purporting to manage a WATCH mess up something that happens twice a year LIKE CLOCKWORK?  I’m so disgusted with Fitbit.

The same thing happened to me! My "new" Hourly Activity hours are 3 AM to 2 PM (previously 7 AM - 7 PM).

This has NEVER happened before.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

This is happening to me too.  I turned off “Reminders to move” because I don’t want it reminding me at 5 AM tomorrow.  I did a force reboot; It did not fix the problem.

Customer service has not even spoken to me yet. I’ve waited on hold for 25 minutes and that is absurd. I finally hung up.

i was hoping someone here had the answer to fix this.  I have never had this problem when the clock have changed before or when I travel and change time zones.

With the Daylight savings to Standard time, my activity reminders changed to 5 am to 7 pm instead of 8 am to 10 pm. I tried resetting from both my iphone and my PC laptop...nothing. A time change that we all know is going to happen should not be causing our Fitbits to go haywire. Had another issue with a time zone change a few weeks ago after an app update and it took three days, several resets and hard starts. I finally just ignored it and the fitbit finally changed FOUR days into our trip. Geez, what a lousy way to run a fitness tracking business. (We had excellent wifi and cell service on the trip...)

Have the same issue. Google has taken our Fitbit hostage. And jacked up the app. Come on Google Please Fix this.

Reminders to move is STILL not working. Garmin is looking more and more attractive.
