My luxe has been fine but suddenly doesn't sync to my android phone since the battery ran down to 0 after having trouble charging.

May I know the model of your mobile phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here.
Despite meeting the above requirements, the following devices often exhibit compatibility issues that cause our products and services to not operate properly:
If your phone is not on the list above and meets the requirements to operate properly with the Fitbit app, please try what @Guy_ has suggested you or you can also try the following:
1. Remove the Luxe from your phone's Bluetooth settings and in the Fitbit app.
2. Restart your Luxe.
3. Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
4. Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
5. Set up your Luxe.

To be honest I've had enough with fitbit. The menstrual tracking feature hasn't been working for months, I have reported it and it isn't getting fixed. I thought I would try the luxe but have tried everything and it won't sync despite being fine until yesterday. I've had trouble charging it as well. How do I get a refund as I can't seem to find a clear response anywhere?
