Hi, I just got the Fitbit luxe as an upgrade from the Fitbit Alta HR, and have noticed that I don’t get FaceTime notifications, is there Any way I can fix that? I have an iPhone X and it worked very well with the Alta hr

Hello @Hihi122 and welcome to the Community.  Your app notifications got reset when you add a new device.  Please check the following path: tap on your profile avatar > your Luxe device image > Notifications > App Notifications.  Please note that you must receive a FaceTime call before it will show up on the list.  Once it is on the list, make sure it is toggled to On.
