Hello,

I only see the Luxe gorjana version offered on the website.

Has the white, orchid and graphite been discontined?

Thank you.

@RobinRee   I think, but can't confirm, that it is discontinued.  Fitbit tends to release model updates every two years.  The Luxe was released in April 2021.  I would have expected a Luxe 2 in 2023.  I think Fitbit just sold out its remaining stock.

There is a link to Authorized Retailers at the bottom of every page.  I checked and some have the basic Luxe in stock.  Look before you buy.  Ordering from Walmart is like ordering from Amazon.  Both sites have third party sellers.  The Luxe on your link comes from a third party seller.  There is no warranty from Fitbit on that item.

Hi @RobinRee  the classic band is still there. Click this link and go towards the bottom to see all the Luxe accessories.

Thanks for replying. I'm not referring to the band.

I'm referring to the actual basic black graphite/stainless steel tracker as shown in the link below.

The gorjana tracker housing is shiny gold and the band is gold link. I don't like the shiny gold on either the housing of the tracker or the band.

@RobinRee  I had a Luxe and now have the Inspire 3. It would have many band choices. Why not check it out.

@RobinRee @Odyssey13 @LZeeW , Nice to see you all around. Thank you for your messages.

The Luxe hasn't been discontinued. If you don't see a specific model in our Online Store, this might not be available at the time and we do not have an ETA when it's going to be available again. In that case I suggest you to have a look at the authorized retailers. They might also have an online store where you could get the desired model.

I chatted with Fitbit support and they confirmed they will no longer be selling that generation of the Luxe.   I had seen rumors the next generation may be in the works that could include GPS, but support indicated it has not been decided if it will be sold in the US.

I have the Inspire 3 that is a great option and even lighter than the Luxe... though doesn't sit as flat.  Unfortunately the latest firmware has introduced a number of challenges... such as sleep splitting, erratic heart readings, zone minutes off, syncing issues, watch no longer working, etc.   It was these firmware issues that had me looking at Luxe for other family members.  I am lucky that I didn't update my firmware and am still at 188.58 vs 194.91.

@JuanFitbit Thanks for confirming that Walmart is an authorized seller. It appears that I’ll have to purchase my next Luxe there since it’s not available on fitbit.com.

@Randquest Thanks for sharing. Disappointing news, but at least I know.

@Odyssey13 Thanks for encouraging me to check out the Inspire 3. It’s not what I want now, since I can still purchase a Luxe at an authorized dealer.

@RobinReeas long as you find what you like and stay on the stepping path, it's all good. Glad you didn't have to change styles since you liked the Luxe.
