Heart Rate Data Not Synching

My heart rate data for the day is not showing up on my app. I am still able to see my heart rate on my device and also check for zone minutes, but these do not show as a graph on the app. I have already restarted my device and disconnected my phone and bluetooth and repaired. I will attach a photo of what I see on the app.

 

Any advice would be appreciated!
