I am having issues getting my Luxe to show the heart rate graph and no sleep data at all. I've had it all until midnight last night, now nothing. I've done all the restart, unlink, relink, delete cache and all of it. Now what do I do? I need this information desperately.

They did NOT help me! I factory reset it, it worked fine for 24 hours and stopped again. Never so disappointed in a product. I have swore by fitbit for years, but never again. Bought in January and it is already messing up! I would like the email of someone I can talk to.
