Sleep data not recording accurately

My Luxe has become increasingly erratic about recording my sleep (incorrect sleep onset, awakenings, get up) - so much so that I am seriously considering getting a different watch.  I can see many other people are having the same problem. Google are you paying attention? I've used Fitbits for years and they've always worked. You are about to lose a customer.

Sad to hear that you're having an issue tracking sleep with your Fitbit Luxe.
To improve accuracy of sleep tracking it's always a good idea to set up a sleep schedule and a sleep goal. Pleas have a look at 'How do I set a sleep schedule in the Fitbit app?' and 'How do I set or change my sleep goal in the Fitbit app?' following the link below:

You might also try changing sleep sensitivity to get more precise results as described in the help article linked above.
