I have a Fitbit Luxe, I've had it since October of 2023. Since about mid May 2024 I have noticed an almost daily spike in my heart rate around 12:15 to 12:45pm where my heart rate will show anywhere from bpm. I am genuinely curious how accurate these readings are. While some days I have felt palpitations and one time I have felt dizzy, most times I wouldn't have known my heart rate went so high without checking the app. I'm confused as to the accuracy of the heart rate or whether perhaps this is showing an emerging heart condition. It seems very odd to me that this happens the same general timeframe and generally only while I am at work. For reference I work in childcare and during the times my heart rate spikes, I am generally serving lunch or patting children to sleep. Has anyone here encountered a similar situation?
