High and low heart rate notifications say "not available"

Under irregular rhythm notifications it says "on & checking". But for each of "high" and "low" notifications it says "not available" and a button saying "learn more".

clicking this takes me to an FAQ that explains how to turn them on. But the instructions don't match what I see on the app (which is up to date).

anyone else have this problem and know the solution? I would like to be told if my heart rate is too high or low due to heart medication and health conditions.

Hi @Gyp5umDuck     According to this Help article, High and Low heart rate alerts aren’t available on the Luxe.  I expanded the section that has the device list on it for you.
