Is there any app that will allow me to download new watch faces?

Hello @Karsha69 and welcome to the Community.  All of the available clock faces are on the Fitbit app.  Tap on your profile picture > Luxe > Gallery.  You don't need an additional app.  All Luxe clock faces are made by Fitbit and there are no third party.

I followed your instruction and in my Luxe link there is not a Gallery option.

Every time I go to the Gallery, it says "no internet connection", when I clearly have full wifi as well as 4G LTE.
