Luxe is showing time in 24 hour format.
I want this to be set in 12 hour.
Example 1:00 not 13:00

Hi there, @AlwaysMoving22. Welcome to the Community Forums.
In addition to what @Odyssey13 has shared with you, please note that if your Luxe keeps showing in a wrong clock format, try switching to a clock face that actually shows the 24 hr format. I have set a few clock faces that only show 12 hr format even when I have set my clock to 24 hrs. So, I recommend choosing a different clock face. For more information, see How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
Hope this helps.

I'm looking for the setting to change the date format to DD MM YYYY. Where can I find this setting please?
(I have the correct country and region and time zone selected from my dashboard. I just want to change the date format to the correct format for my region)

Hi @SunsetRunner the date portion can't be changed. It's the US version of MM/DD/YYYY.
