How do I clear old notifications?

I would like to delete notifications prior to 2018, how can I do that efficiently?

When I open my Fitbit app I have many notifications dating back to 2017, the newest ones are from April 2018. I may have turned off notifications at some point but I no longer get them. These old notifications have no meaning for me now and I would like to delete all of them. It seems the only way to do that is to individually select each one and  delete it. That could take all day! Is there a way to clear all of them at once?

At this time, it's not possible to clear all these notifications at once.
