How do I customize my Luxe bracelet size?

Is there a way to adjust the bracelet to a smaller size? It fits so loosely that I fear it will fall right off my wrist!

Which band do you have? If you're referring to a gorjana bracelet:

Remove link(s): open 2 clasps and take out link(s) between the clasps.
Adjust the bracelet fit with a combination of small and large links.

The links nearest to the clasp open just like the clasp so that they can be removed to shorten the length of the bracelet.
