I just got a new luxe. My old luxe would give me my time and distance, but this new luxe does not give that option. How do I get my treadmill time and distance daily?

Hi, @Cadovebar , if you would like to see distance completed on the treadmill as well as your other stats then you will need to use the exercise app rather than relying on automatic detection of your exercise (SmartTrack). Auto detected exercises do not record distance.
First make sure that treadmill is among your exercise shortcuts: on your app click on the picture/ photo icon top left and on the next screen click on your Luxe. On the Luxe screen click on “exercise shortcuts”. You are allowed 6. Make sure Treadmill is there (if not, you can add it, but may need to remove a shortcut if 6 are already there). Tip: you can also re order your shortcuts by dragging and dropping so that ones you use most come at the top.
If you have made any changes be sure to sync your Fitbit.
When you are ready for your treadmill session on your Luxe swipe left until you find the exercise app. Tap to open, find treadmill and tap to start. When your session is finished don’t forget to stop your exercise. Your Luxe will show you your basic stats on screen, and when you have synced your Fitbit you will see full information on your app.
I hope this helps. Please post again if anything is unclear. Welcome to the forums!
