How do I transfer data from one luxe to a new luxe? Or do I have to delete and loos all data?

Just make sure you do a sync from old watch first. Then all data is stored in Fitbit database under your Fitbit ID/email, not on your watch. Then on phone app, still logged in with the same email.Fitbit ID, go to 'Add a Device' just as if adding device 1st time, select 'Luxe', it will say something like 'you already have a Luxe connected, is this to replace that' - say yes, and continue answering questions. It will take care of the rest, and all your data will still be there because you are using the same Fitbit account.
If you hadn't done sync first from old luxe, or if old luxe broken so can't sync, only data lost would be since last sync, as long as you do everything in the same account with the same email/Fitbit ID.
