How do I turn off the DND mode?

My Luxe arrived yesterday.    How do I turn off the DND Mode?  I went to settings, found the 'mode' and it is permanently "ON"  "off" is dimmed and won't come alive.

 

And, "Screen Wake" doesn't change from 'manual'.  I would like it to react to my wrist movement.

 

Not in love with this Luxe so far.

It sounds like you unintentionally be in 'Sleep Mode'; that would Screen Wake on wrist turn and put you in DND mode also.  You can find that in Settings.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thanks, Johnny.   I found instructions on YouTube as well as a user's manual on the internet.   Both helped tremendously, and I am now a much happier Luxe camper.   But, FitBit could have included instructions on the itty bitty instructions that came with the Luxe.   Better part of a morning spent on this, and it should not have  been necessary.   I think Sleep Mode needs some work so that it doesn't interfere with Screen Wake.   Just my 10 cents.
