I recently received the email regarding the delay in Luxe shipment, with the offer of 50% off accessories, however, when I went to apply the code to the new band I wanted, there was no place to enter it in the cart summary, or any other page before checkout.
Where, exactly, can I apply the code? Did I miss something?

I had to place my 50% off order using a laptop to see the promotion code box. Did not show up on my phone or iPad. Weird!

When did you receive the email offer? I too ordered a Luxe but haven't received this offer and would love to use it.
