How many votes and comments does a feature need to be implemented?

Hello,

I looked at a few past suggestions that were suggested for the Fitbit luxe and usually the  response is of popularity and number of votes.

How many votes does it take for a feature to be popular enough in order to have it worked on by the Fitbit team.

Thank you.

With no inside information but from my understanding, there is no set number.  I would expect other factor besides number of votes would include how difficult it would be to include it, and whether it fits in with Fitbit's longer-term vision/strategy.  For instance, as an extreme perhaps silly example, who would not vote for an idea to make it certain that step count is always exactly right, calorie burn is exactly precise, GPS is always picked up rapidly in any surroundings, and should never cost more than $25?  Even with 100 gazillion votes, it wold make no sense to try to accomplish that.

There is a graph in first post of this thread that helps explain the procedure:

How does Feature Suggestions work?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
