I have the Luxe and one of the features is tracking Sp02 while sleeping. It has worked fine (ive had it 2 weeks). Now the last 2 nights it has not registered. I've not changed how I wear the watch and it is always charged. Any ideas? I specifically bought this watch for this purpose...although probably not 100% accurate...it helps for a physical condition.

I have had exactly the same issue, last 2 nights despite no difference to how I wear it, it’s suddenly not recording. Yet all my other data like breathing rate etc are still working. Same my main reason for upgrading to luxe was to monitor my Sats.
I’ve even checked to see if there has been further updates to the luxe software and there is not. So if anyone can resolve this I’d like to know

Solved mine, you need to reset the luxe Fitbit. You do this by connecting it to the charger. On the end which connects to the plug there is a button on the flat black part, press that 3 times leaving a second between each press. It will then show the Fitbit logo, that’s it reset. Wore mine last night after resetting and O2 score available this morning 👍
